Karşıyaka 360 - Yüksek Vadi

İzmir’s Choice; More green space and social activities at the peaks of freedom.

Karşıyaka 360 project consists of 3 blocks with 20 floors and 1 block with 18 floors. 71.85% of the area was used as social facilities and green field . So everybody’s apartments were provided with more living space. 15,89% of the area was reserved for parking, and 12,26% for buildings.
